What can I say? We are SO glad we found Bob. He is knowledgeable, patient, and treats his clients with respect and compassion. He doesn't talk over you(something that most attorneys tend to do). He even used his Saturday off to help us with an emergency situation involving my Mama. Tabitha, his assistant, is a joy to deal with as well. Bob returns phone calls which is refreshing as other attorneys I've retained over the years tend to push folks onto a paralegal. We are buying a home in another state and the process of providing the appropriate information the mortgage firm required became tedious.  Robert Goldberg and ALL his staff are wonderful. We made numerous phone calls and emails back and forth until the mortgage lender was satisfied.  The staff were always patient, helpful and followed up to make sure everything was as expected.

Once we decided to create a trust my husband and I researched the various legal services firms in our area and decided on Robert M Goldberg; we have been totally satisfied with our choice!

The firm is not the largest, however, the number of services they offer is similar to many of the larger firms we could have chosen. Their staff has been very responsive and attuned to our needs as first time users/creators of a trust. Their guidance was invaluable in creating the custom trust which provides us the most protection and the flexibility we sought. The process was well organized and reasonable in every aspect; simple and reasonably priced. I am also pleased with their willingness to  continued this excellent service after we created the original trust.

I contacted Goldberg & Associates in August of 2021, asking for help with my mother, who was already a resident of a local nursing home.  I only wish I had contacted them earlier.  After spending a good portion of her nest egg, I needed to get her into Medicaid and they walked me through the process.  My case worker was Tabitha Walden and I can do nothing but sing her praises.  After spending 50 years as an executive in the construction industry, I started the process of dealing with DFCS as a total beginner.  I can do nothing except thank the people at Goldberg.

Initially, I was told our appointment was going to be almost 2 months away to discuss the estate of a client that Robert represented who passed away.  I was next of kin and found this timeframe unacceptable.  The next day, the office called back to schedule later that week to review the will. Much better!  Once I got the appointment, Robert was great.  For our estate, he explained the process and what he would be doing and had a flat fee to oversee the estate. We were given a case manager.  They use a secure email & it is an effective way to communicate. So far, the firm has worked well for us.
